Avoid Chemical Cleaners: Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners on any ResinEase pieces, as

they may damage the finish.

Polishing Metal Elements: If your piece contains metals like copper, silver, or stainless steel

(which typically do not tarnish), use a polishing cloth to maintain their shine and remove surface

dullness.

Resin Cleaning: To clean resin surfaces, gently wipe with a soft cloth. For added shine, apply a

small amount of car polish and buff lightly.

General Maintenance: Regular cleaning and proper storage will help preserve the original

beauty and longevity of your resin jewelry and accessories.

Shipping times:

Each piece is carefully handcrafted. Pre-orders require 4 to 5 working days for production and

an additional 3 to 4 working days for shipping.

Delivery Timeframes:

Estimated delivery within Lahore is 2 to 4 days and estimated delivery outside Lahore is 3 to 6

days.

Shipping problems:

ResinEase is not responsible for orders lost in transit due to an insufficient address or

circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be

responsible for covering the shipping costs to have it re-sent.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

Refunds are only available if an incorrect item is sent. To request a refund, customers must

provide photo evidence of the mistake within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be returned

within seven days, and the refund will be processed once it is received.

Exchanges can be made if the wrong item is delivered (e.g., a silver piece instead of gold). The

item must be sent back within one week to qualify for an exchange.

Damaged Items: Any claims for broken items must be supported by an unboxing video as proof.

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided without this evidence. Additionally, if a returned item

arrives damaged, no replacement or refund will be given.

Responsibility & Lost Shipments: ResinEase is not liable for damages caused by the customer

or postal service, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. Refunds will also not be provided

for lost packages.

Cancellations & Refunds: All purchases are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled

or refunded.
